- “Ask your hotel”: retrieval over live PMS data, every answer citing the figures it came from

Credentialing and payer enrollment that used to cost a coordinator months of re-typed forms now runs from one provider profile: packets generated per payer, every application tracked to approval, and licenses, DEA, malpractice and exclusion lists watched around the clock, so a provider is never silently blocked from billing.

- Document intelligence: licenses, DEA certificates and CVs extracted into typed records with a confidence per field
